  Apparently I’ve been losing weight and didn’t notice.

  That was never my goal.  I was already thin to begin with; I just wanted to get healthy (and visible abs :-P ).  So I’ve cut out most of the crappy food I was eating and replaced it with healthy substitutes while working out in earnest. Now I’m down to 97 pounds.  I feel like I’m eating enough but maybe I should try to eat more often? I’m pretty sure if I lose two more pounds I’ll be medically deferred from the peace corps once I get to the medical stage. -__-
